Here’s the press release from Patti Serano who is organizing this gathering. If you are in Southern California, please join us! If you’re not, we will be live streaming here: www.qik.com/rox
Patti promises me a wet suit so I plan to get in the water for a few minutes at least (being a cold wimp!) to get some body boarding lessons from the pros. Bring your water toys and geek gear!

I so wish I could meet you all at the beach. Sounds like so much fun! I’m loving all of these events for fun and for such a great cause (http://yehu.org).

Dear Jyl,
We’ll be thinking of you!
Love, Rox
You can catch some of the live stream videos we recorded here. Turns out the water was 58 degrees and the air temperature was in the low 60’s and the clouds were low and heavy – but! We went in the water and rode the waves anyway. I loved it! (though truth be told, I was not in the mood to go with those conditions…)
Patti Serano’s videos are here from this tweetup.
He he…just found this blog on my google page…how cool….Rox …you made it sooooo fun …I hope to see you soon
