    • Functionality - does your site use the tools that help you and your customers communicate?

When is a Web Site Done?
In reality, never.

For content, the more you add the better. This is easiest done by having and/or podcast.

For structure and functionality, count on updating your site annually at the very least! We consider this the minimum necessary to keep up with software updates and standards that may affect your site(s).

Try thinking of your web site as your “web operations.” That includes the public site, a possible customers-only or staff-only area, how you use and manage email, how you automate communication to your employees and your customers, how you track client acquisition from your web site, and much more.
